Case Manager

Hello, my name is Nicolas Cifuentes. I am a Case Manager at dePaz Cabrera Immigration Law, where I support clients through their immigration processes with dedication, empathy, and a strong commitment to service. I have over three years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on immigration law, including both family-based and humanitarian applications within the U.S. immigration system.

I was born in Colombia and spent most of my life in Medellín, a place that shaped my values and perspective. I am currently pursuing my studies to become an attorney, continuing to build the knowledge and skills necessary to better advocate for those I serve.

Throughout my career, I have been characterized by my patience, attention to detail, and a human-centered approach to legal work. I strive to create a supportive and transparent experience for clients, helping to demystify the immigration process and make it more accessible. My work is driven by a deep commitment to justice and the meaningful impact of helping individuals and families build better lives together. I believe my vocation is, and always will be, to give a voice to those who cannot speak for themselves. Being part of my clients’ journeys and witnessing their progress and achievements is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing me to effectively assist a diverse range of clients. Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking, cooking for my family, and playing the guitar—activities that help me stay grounded and connected to what matters most.
